Gift voucher

Terms:

• Once you have purchased the voucher and when you want to use it, you must make a reservation in advance. At the time of booking you must inform us of the voucher number and date of purchase.
• The reservation is subject to availability of all the services included in the voucher at the time of booking, both for accommodation and restaurant.
• The Gift Voucher must be presented at our reception upon arrival at the hotel.
• It is not exclusive of the minimum stay conditions that may apply on some dates.
• It is not combinable with other promotions or offers in force.
• The content of the voucher may in no case be split or exchanged for any other Hotel service.
• Cancellations: If for any reason you are not going to use the voucher and you have already made the reservation, the cancellation policy available at that time at the Hotel will apply.
• The Gift Voucher will cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• The Hotel San Antonio El Real is not responsible for stolen or lost Gift Vouchers.
• The Gift Voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
• These application conditions are subject to possible modifications without prior notice.
