Terms:

Once you have purchased the voucher and when you want to use it, you must make a reservation in advance. At the time of booking you must inform us of the voucher number and date of purchase.
The reservation is subject to availability of all the services included in the voucher at the time of booking, both for accommodation and restaurant.
Room type: Classic Room two single beds.
The Gift Voucher must be presented at our reception upon arrival at the hotel.
It is not exclusive of the minimum stay conditions that may apply on some dates.
It is not combinable with other promotions or offers in force.
The content of the voucher may in no case be split or exchanged for any other Hotel service.
Cancellations: If for any reason you are not going to use the voucher and you have already made the reservation, the cancellation policy available at that time at the Hotel will apply.
The Gift Voucher will cannot be exchanged or refunded.
The Hotel San Antonio El Real is not responsible for stolen or lost Gift Vouchers.
The Gift Voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
